Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to handle ongoing property maintenance and improvement projects across our buildings and yard.
This role is best suited for someone who can work independently, solve problems on their own, and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
- General property maintenance and exterior upkeep
- Completing renovation and improvement projects
- Repairs, upgrades, and seasonal work (including snow removal)
- Maintaining yard, equipment, and building exterior
-Occasional support on moving jobs if needed
This Role Is NOT For You If:
- You need direction or supervision
- You’re only comfortable with basic labour tasks
- You’re not confident figuring things out on your own
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, or similar work
- Ability to complete projects independently with minimal oversight
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- G License and reliable transportation (required)

20–40 hours per week depending on workload with a flexible schedule
