Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts and elevate brand presence across our three hospitality brands. The Dudley, Nancy O's restaurant, & Betulla Burning pizzeria each offer a unique experience to the customer and require a marketing manager to have the ability to capture this uniqueness and promote across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel strategies. This role requires a creative thinker who can analyze market trends and develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. This is a part time job with flexible hours and ability to work part time from home.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic traffic.
- Oversee social media marketing initiatives across various platforms to build community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Execute multichannel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, print advertising, and digital advertising.
- Collaborate with management to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, including advertising sales strategies.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visual content for various marketing channels.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform future strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Lead content marketing initiatives by developing engaging copy for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website content.
- Manage e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales performance.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with product management teams to ensure alignment of product launches with marketing initiatives.
Skills
- Proficient in SEO, digital marketing, and performance marketing techniques.
- Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies including B2B marketing approaches.
- Experience with Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising for targeted ad campaigns.
- Familiarity with WordPress for website management and content updates.
- Basic understanding of HTML for web content adjustments.
- Excellent research skills to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Strong copywriting abilities for crafting persuasive messaging across various platforms.
- Proven experience in budgeting for marketing campaigns effectively.
