We are a premium body transformation clinic in Newmarket looking for a high-energy Transformation Coach to guide clients through structured fat loss programs.
This role focuses on nutrition guidance, simple at-home workouts (bands, core, bodyweight), and accountability to help clients achieve real, sustainable results.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients on fat loss nutrition (calories, protein, habits)
- Teach simple at-home workouts (resistance bands, core, bodyweight)
- Conduct consultations and build basic action plans
- Provide weekly check-ins and track client progress
Requirements
- (CPT)
- Strong understanding of fat loss and basic nutrition
- Confident, professional, and client-facing personality
- Excellent communication skills
Compensation
- $22–$25/hour (part-time to start)

This is not a typical gym trainer role. We are looking for someone who can coach, guide, and hold clients accountable, not just run workouts.
