Role Description
As a Skin Lab esthetician, you are responsible for consulting with clients and assessing their needs, making suggestions and explaining services, and later perform the treatments. An important function in this role is maintaining knowledge of available services and products in order to promote and sell them. Success in this role will be displayed by ensuring client retention while meeting sales goals.
Requirements

Licensed Medical Esthetician in Quebec.

Bilingual (Fluent in English and French)

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Esthetician.

Strong sales skills and able to achieve personal sales goals.

Detailed knowledge of the products and services offered by the clinic.

Ability to advise clients on skin care treatments and products.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.

Able to perform and close skin consultations within the appointed time frame.

Clean and maintain treatment rooms, laser machines and facial equipment.

Perform services in an efficient and timely manner.

Up-sell memberships, treatment protocols and products to guests.
-
Work 40 hours weekly at the clinic, including one weekend day.

Participate in training programs, conferences and other opportunities for professional growth.
