We have an immediate opening for a Customer Experience Leader in our Calgary location in the Mission neighbourhood. This opportunity requires a results-oriented, individual, who thrives on building relationships and accepting new challenges within an entrepreneurial environment.

We are looking for someone with flexible hours and available to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
Reports to: Manager
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer Sales – checking customers in, up-selling, customer follow-up and customer experience
- Responsible for opening and closing duties depending on the shift schedule
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Deals with everyone in a professional and genuine manner
- Has a desire to genuinely connect with people
- Greet all customers at the door and determine their needs and demands
- Consistently communicate with management regarding any/all changes
- Ensure all pricing and any extras are understood by customers and they always know what to expect next
- Stay up to date on all new products and improvements
- Ensure shift coverage in collaboration with the President
- Return all customer phone calls within 20 minutes
Experience
- Min 3 years of customer-facing sales or customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Thrive in a unique entrepreneurial environment
- Previous experience in a business administrative role is an asset
- Yoga or health and wellness background is a bonus
