We are looking for a full-time Inventory Associate / Senior Inventory Associate with a strong interest in inventory management, purchasing, and team leadership to support our 19 retail locations.
Inventory Fulfillment (70%)
I.1) Inventory Picking
- Follow inbound and outbound procedures to pick items for delivery with high efficiency and accuracy.
I.2) Shipment Packaging
- Pack our products for shipment to different retail locations, following established procedures for safe and timely delivery.
I.3) Assisting with Ordering & Product Sourcing
- Assist with ordering inventory and supplies as directed by the manager, such as inventory counting. Actively research and suggest new products that align with market trends and customer demands.
I.4) Incoming Shipment Handling
- Handle incoming shipments, including unloading, verifying, and stocking items.
I.5) Barcoding
- Apply barcodes to items to maintain accurate tracking and inventory management.
I.6) Custom Case Making
- Create custom cases as required to meet specific customer needs.
I.7) Customer Service & Email Reply - Custom Case
- Provide customer service and respond to emails related to custom case inquiries and orders.
I.8) Cleaning the Warehouse
- Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
I.9) Delivering the Shipment
- Deliver and pick up inventory to our retail locations as needed
Inventory Management & Control (30%)
M.1) Ensures healthy inventory levels and control (including minimizing backorders, barcoding and turnover)
M.2) Participate in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) relevant to the Inventory Team and coach team members on changes towards these procedures.
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cell phone accessories, spare parts, and related products is an asset.
Physical Demands
- Must occasionally lift and/or move packages up to 55 lbs.
There is a 90-day probation period to evaluate your performance and overall fit for the role. After successfully completing the probation period, a performance review will be conducted to assess your progress and eligibility for a salary increase.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
