The Opportunity
We’re looking for a talented, hands-on Designer to help create and develop seasonal product collections across Socks and Intimates.
This role is ideal for a designer who has built a strong foundation in apparel product development and is ready to take greater ownership of the design process. You’ll work across multiple brands and customer programs, translating trends and consumer insights into relevant, commercially viable products—from initial concept and CAD development through sampling and final approval.
Our environment is creative, collaborative, and fast-moving. We’re looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, learns quickly, responds well to feedback, and can confidently keep several projects moving at once. You should be comfortable working independently while remaining open to collaboration, new processes, and changing business needs.
This is a highly hands-on individual-contributor role. You’ll spend your time designing, creating CADs and presentations, reviewing samples, solving product challenges, and bringing collections to life.
What You Bring
- Approximately 4–7 years of hands-on experience in apparel design, product development, or a closely related role.
- Experience independently managing products from initial concept through sampling and final approval.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent technical illustration and CAD skills, with the ability to produce accurate, production-ready artwork.
- A solid understanding of textiles, yarns, knitting techniques, garment construction, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong trend awareness and the ability to translate inspiration into original, commercially relevant products.
- The ability to work quickly and accurately across multiple brands, customers, and deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to receive, interpret, and act on feedback.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn new categories, tools, processes, and ways of working.
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
Experience in socks, intimates, hosiery, accessories, or knitted product categories is an asset, but we welcome applicants with strong transferable apparel-design experience.
You’ll Thrive Here If You Are

- Highly organized: You can manage overlapping timelines without losing track of the details.
- Proactive: You take ownership, anticipate next steps, and communicate before something becomes an issue.
