Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to our pharmacy clients. This role is responsible for managing daily inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and contribute to our mission of strengthening independent pharmacy practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product and service information
- Process orders and address issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot concerns and follow through to resolution
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
- Work closely with internal departments to support seamless service delivery
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage inquiries efficiently and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
- Proficiency with standard software tools; ability to learn internal systems quickly
- High school diploma required; additional education in business or related fields is an asset
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a strong advantage

Pay: $21.50-$23.00 per hour
