ECE or ECEA Position at Appledale Children’s Centre 6566 Berekoff Rd. WINLAW 2 Month term contract from July 6th to Aug 20th Full Time Temporary Position, Mon-Thurs 8:30-4:30, 32 hrs per week Wage: between $24 per hour – to more, based upon qualifications and experience
JOB TITLE AND DESCRIPTION for Appledale Children’s Centre Must hold the following qualifications:
A valid ECE or ECEA certificate issued by the BC ECE Registry
A valid First Aid Certificate
A Criminal Record check clearance letter
The initial job title of the Employee will be the following: ECE or ECEA
The initial job duties the Employee will be expected to perform will be the following:
Supervising children during indoors and outdoors activities, Planning, preparing and implementing age-appropriate activities based on children’s individual development and interests, Assisting children with daily care routine. Complete daily playgrounds walk through for safety. Prepare play areas for activities. Monthly client scheduling. Daily communication with parents. Cleaning Centre every day, to ensure program facility and equipment are safe and clean. Keeping the outside play area clean and the lawn short, Learn and have fun!
