Pride Marine Group is currently seeking a full-time permanent Customer Service Representative to join our Pride of Rosseau crew in Minett, ON.

- Excellent computer skills and basic understanding of math
What You'll Do
- Actively contribute to a positive team culture and work cohesively across all departments to achieve shared goals
- Create, update and assign work orders
- Use a menu selling approach when quoting customers
- Communication with service team and customers
- Schedule technicians while being mindful of delivery timeline expectations
- Proactively sell and schedule routine maintenance
- Knowledge of warranty coverage and process
- Clear communication with customers regarding expectations and quotes
- Handle customer complaints as they arise, escalating to the appropriate individual
- Collect payment upon completion of work
- Maintain zero dollars in accounts receivable over 30 days
- Refer potential sales leads to Location Manager
- Work with the team to achieve location monthly and annual budget goals
- Work as a team with all crew members
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned
What We'd Like From You
- 1+ years related customer service experience
- Able to work irregular hours during peak periods including weekends
- Pleasure Craft Operator Card considered an asset
