Working under the director of the Project Managers, the PMA's essential functions are as follows:
- Communicate effectively with property owners, managers, tenants, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters.
- Support Project Managers in successfully managing the full lifecycle of assigned projects, from initiation to completion, including assistance with payment processing when necessary.
- Ensure all project-related documentation is accurate and uploaded to internal and external claims systems.
- Assist with customer communication and interactions throughout the project.
- Obtain necessary documentation from clients, including work authorizations and completion certificates..
- Assist in managing contracts, purchase orders, and invoicing for vendors and subcontractors.
- Serve as a point of contact between the customer and Project Manager to facilitate project success.
- Track and document project changes, including updates to project schedules.
- Coordinate mitigation and restoration activities with in-house staff and subcontractors.
- Review project information and prepare schedules in a timely and organized manner.
- Address questions and concerns raised during the project lifecycle.
- Monitor the progress of all active projects and maintain accurate notes and updates.
- Organize and compile all supporting documentation for project completion and submission.
- Draft and/or edit internal documents, including scopes of work, estimates, budgets, letters, memos, and emails.Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism.
- Comply with Hudson Restoration Inc.’s policies, procedures, and applicable legislative requirements.
- Proactively report site conditions or concerns that could impact project completion to the appropriate personnel.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Restoration industry
- Experiencing with Xactimate, Symbility, Xcelerate/DASH and Encircle

Pay: $60,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
