Job Description
Food and Beverage Revenue Manager
Reporting to the Director of Finance & Business Support, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Food & Beverage Revenue Manager serves as the strategic business partner to the Food & Beverage Division. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability and operational performance across all Food & Beverage outlets through revenue management, forecasting, menu engineering, pricing optimization, financial analysis and operational decision support.
What You Will Be Doing
Revenue Management & Commercial Strategy

Champion Food & Beverage Revenue Management across all outlets.

Develop pricing strategies, menu engineering initiatives and promotional analysis.

Optimize RevPASH, capture, average check, covers and business mix.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity and guest demand.

Partner with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management to maximize revenue.
Financial Performance

Support the Director of Food & Beverage in the development of weekly and monthly forecasts, annual budgets and strategic business plans through financial analysis, market insights and performance recommendations.

Analyze revenue, labour, food cost, beverage cost and inventory performance.

Prepare executive business reviews with actionable recommendations.

Support the Director of Food & Beverage in all month end related task for the division.

Support outlet leaders in achieving financial and operational goals.
Business Partnership
-
Work closely with Operations, Culinary, Finance and Marketing.

Coach leaders using data-driven insights.

Support new outlet concepts and continuous improvement initiatives.
Systems & Governance
-
Maintain POS menu and pricing integrity.

Support Avero, Silverware/Micros, Birchstreet and related systems.

Lead the Food & Beverage SAQ compliance program and serve as a key member of the hotel's Internal Audit Committee, supporting cross-functional audit initiatives, operational reviews and continuous improvement projects across the property

Complete special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.

3–5 years of experience in luxury hotel Food & Beverage, Revenue Management, Finance or Business Analytics.

Strong understanding of hotel Food & Beverage operations and financial performance.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI, SQL or Power Query are assets.

Experience with Avero, Silverware/Micros, Birchstreet and Opera required.

Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills.

Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence operational leaders.
