About the Role
This is not a traditional personal training position.
We are looking for an established coach who already has an active client base and is ready to elevate their practice within a world-class performance and healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will:
Deliver exceptional coaching experiences that inspire long-term client success
Coach and train clients within Xone Performance
Grow and manage their existing and future client base
Conduct and interpret performance assessments and reassessments
Collaborate closely with healthcare and performance professionals
Contribute to the development of innovative coaching and human optimization programs
Build trusted, lasting relationships with clients and become a key part of their health and performance journey
Help clients improve health, fitness, resilience, longevity, and performance
Ideal Candidate
An experienced and highly skilled coach with an existing client base
Deeply passionate about movement, health, fitness, and human performance
An exceptional communicator who can educate, motivate, and inspire
Relationship-driven and committed to creating remarkable client experiences
Professional, accountable, and team-oriented
Comfortable working with successful professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and motivated adults
Curious, growth-minded, and excited by the intersection of science, technology, and coaching

Preferred Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
Certified Personal Trainer, CSCS, CSEP, CEP, or equivalent
Minimum 5+ years of coaching experience with a proven track record of client success
Outstanding communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Experience with performance testing, assessment, and data-driven coaching
Demonstrated ability to retain and grow a loyal client base

Compensation
This position operates under a revenue-sharing model designed for entrepreneurial coaches who are motivated to build, grow, and scale their practice within a premium performance environment.
