General Manager – Staybridge Suites London by IHG

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the property through growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with IHG brand standards and operational excellence.
- Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team culture.
- Collaborate closely with IHG, ownership, and the Regional Director of Operations to achieve strategic objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through community engagement, sales initiatives, and exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to maximize profitability.
- Foster a positive workplace environment focused on accountability, service, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications (Essential – Not Optional)
- Previous experience with IHG, Marriott, or another major hotel brand is required.
- Minimum 3–10+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience, including prior General Manager or senior hotel management experience.
- Proven track record of delivering strong operational and financial results.
- Experience managing hotel renovations, repositioning projects, or major property improvements is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, financial management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
