Duties:
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including general, cosmetic, and Invisalign treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure that dental instruments are sterilized and organized
- Take and process X-rays and impressions
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
- Provide a compassionate and friendly atmosphere for patients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and sterilization methods
- Familiarity with Cleardent and Dentrix dental software
- Certification or license as a Dental Assistant is required
- Proficiency in CAD software is desirable
- Experience in orthodontics or pediatrics would be advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
