Job Description - Journeyman/Journeywoman Service Electrician
Mr. Electric of Victoria is looking for talented electricians that have experience in residential and commercial service work, including thorough diagnostic work, service upgrades, on-site quoting and material costing.
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in a timely manner.
- Install electrical systems to or above code
- Accurately cost jobs, generate material lists, and provide on-site quotes
- Perform thorough safety inspections and proactively communicate findings to customers
- Evaluate customer requests and provide work order descriptions and pricing
- Execute service upgrades, EV charger installations, small home renovations, and low-voltage work with confidence.
- Follow established company processes and uphold the Mr. Electric brand at every touchpoints.
Job Requirements
- Required to be a Journeyperson Electrician
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Must be physically able to lift heavy objects as necessary
- Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
- A team-first mentality with the drive to do the job right.
- Must pass a background check and drug test
