Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team at Leduc Hyundai. Our dealership prides itself on having a competitive culture that drives success and rewards excellence. As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
- Sales Process:
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to finalizing the sale.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Present and explain financing options and additional products, such as warranties and insurance.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about new and existing Hyundai models, features, and benefits.
- Continuously update knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
- Attend training sessions and sales meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain a customer database and manage leads using the dealership’s CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and competitive team environment.
- Support and mentor new team members as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
