Job Responsibilities
1. Website Operations (Shopify platform, U.S. & Canadian markets)
- Manage the company’s official website operations and daily maintenance
- Upload product information, adjust product status, set discount codes
- Select, create, and update site-wide images (designed for seasonal promotions)
- Video editing and banner design
- Add or remove website plug-ins
- Optimize website structure: adjust sections and product display order according to marketing focus
- Create special pages (e.g., distributor, military discounts, influencer collaborations)
- Monitor and respond to website comments in a timely manner
- Research and analyze competitors’ websites for strengths and weaknesses
2. YouTube Channel Management
- Edit and upload videos
- Manage channel content and interact with comments
3. Facebook / Meta Platform Operations
- Monitor and promptly reply to comments and user interactions
- Manage ad campaigns
- Coordinate with influencers on behalf of the company
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Shopify website operations
- Strong graphic design and visual aesthetic sense
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Skilled in video editing and design
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Some experience in social media platform management
