Your Role
- Assist with job site setup, including equipment and scaffolding
- Install and maintain safety equipment on-site
- Help remove and dispose of old roofing materials and debris
- Keep project sites clean, safe, and organized
- Move and position materials for installation
- Learn safe work practices and gain hands-on construction skills
- Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on time
- Represent the company with professionalism on client sites
- Participate in paid training and follow all company safety protocols
What We’re Looking For
- Valid WHMIS 2015 and Working at Heights certifications (required)
- Driver's License (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Ability to use a tape measure
- Ability to use simple hand tools including hammer, utility knife and chalk line
- Ability to use a broom and other cleaning tools effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively. Communications include listening, speaking and written
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
- Strong reliability, teamwork, and safety-first mindset
- Experience in construction or mechanics is an asset
Schedule
- Full-time & permanent (40 hours/week)
- Monday to Friday
