We’re a busy, fast-moving restaurant focused on delivering consistent quality and efficient service. We’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who can keep up during peak hours, stay organized, and contribute to a strong team environment.
This is a cross-trained role covering front counter, kitchen support, and daily operations. You’ll be expected to stay productive, think ahead, and step in wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system
- Provide fast, efficient, and respectful customer service
- Prepare, assemble, and package orders to quality standards
- Support kitchen operations including basic food prep and order flow
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas (front, kitchen, prep stations)
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
- Restock inventory and complete opening/closing duties
- Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy during busy periods
Performance Expectations
- Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume rushes
- Stay on task—minimal downtime during shifts
- Communicate clearly with team members during service
- Take initiative—identify and complete tasks without being asked
- Show consistency in attendance, effort, and attitude
Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak hours
- Willingness to be cross-trained across multiple roles
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
