Are you a master of organization with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? TimBrFab Industries, a COR certified and leading supplier of building materials and construction products, is seeking a motivated Dispatcher to join our team in Oakbluff, MB.
This is a full-time role with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
In this fast-paced position, you'll be the hub of our delivery operations, ensuring our contractor and retail customers get their products on time. You'll be the main point of contact for drivers and customers, and your responsibilities will include:
- Strategically planning and coordinating all customer deliveries.
- Confirming delivery times and providing real-time updates to customers.
- Maintaining clear and constant communication with our drivers to meet delivery schedules.
- Proactively communicating any delivery delays to all necessary parties.
Who we're looking for:
- Someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
- A skilled communicator with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Comfortable using computers and familiar with dispatching software.
- Previous experience in the building supply industry is a strong asset.
- A Class 5 driver's license is preferred.
