Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery, performing quality inspections, and ensuring that production processes meet high standards of safety and precision. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with CNC equipment, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. The Technician will play a vital role in maintaining efficient operations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties
- Setup and operate tube benders
- Setup and operate tube endforming equipment
- Setup and operate saws
- Preform quality checks
Experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing or machining environments with hands-experince
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical specifications.
- Experience using calipers, hand tools, and conducting quality inspections is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to machinery operation is essential for success in this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
