Rayes Auto Repair is a modern, fully equipped ~6,300 sq ft collision and mechanical facility located in Oakville, Ontario. Our shop features a heated downdraft spray booth, frame machine, multiple lifts, and new equipment.
We specialize in insurance collision repairs, structural repairs, rebuild vehicles, and full tear-down/reassembly work. As our shop continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and skilled 310B Auto Body Technician to join our team.
This is a long-term opportunity within a fast-growing and professionally operated facility.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly capable 310B Body Technician with strong experience in structural repair, insurance work, and full disassembly/reassembly. The ideal candidate is confident operating a frame machine, performing metal repairs, and completing collision jobs from start to finish.
This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural and frame repairs using frame equipment
- Repair and replace damaged panels
- Conduct dent repair and metal finishing
- Complete insurance collision repairs to industry standards
- Perform full vehicle disassembly and reassembly
- Carry out body filler work and panel alignment
- Ensure proper fitment and gap alignment
- Work closely with estimators and painters to maintain production flow
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow safety regulations and manufacturer repair procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ontario 310B Auto Body Technician License preferred
- 4–8+ years experience in a professional collision repair facility
- Strong frame machine experience (required)
- Experience with repair processes
- Ability to perform complete tear-down and reassembly
- Knowledge of modern repair procedures and structural standards
- Valid Ontario driver’s license
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
Compensation & Benefits
