HVAC-R Journeyperson or Senior Apprentice

What You’ll Do
- Perform HVAC & refrigeration maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Estimate time/materials and identify preventative maintenance opportunities
- Read wiring diagrams & system manuals accurately
- Diagnose and repair system and equipment issues efficiently
- Replace and adjust components precisely
- Ensure systems operate properly before leaving site
- Maintain safe work practices and comply with all codes
- Complete service records accurately and on time
- Keep service truck clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues
- Stay up to date with training and certifications
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Foreman
What You Bring
- 3rd or 4th-year HVAC Apprentice or certified Journeyperson
- Valid BC Driver’s Licence & clean abstract
- Bondable and able to meet client site requirements
Compensation
Pay based on experience — from base rate to full wage package, including per-hour add-ons for:
RRSP, tool allowance, A/B Gas certificate, OFA, FSR, and vacation pay.

Schedule
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
