About the Opportunity
Working on behalf of a premier retailer, we are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Professional, to conduct a survey with existing customers. This is an on-site opportunity to reach out to existing customers, to conduct a short survey.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Conducting outreach to customers who have used this retailer to assess levels of satisfaction, showing patience and empathy while gathering critical data
Managing data; entering it into the database for capture and reporting
Providing feedback to management on any issues with data collection; survey questions or any element that will improve the participation rate or quality of information
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
Completion of secondary education (High School or equivalent)
Experience providing customer service in a retail or call center environment
Patience in dealing with seniors or those with compromised health
Bilingualism English/French
About the Job
This role is a full time, contract position offering a wage of $21.50 per hour. This client is conveniently located in the east end of Ottawa, close to public transit and offering free parking on site.
