Kamloops Honda is currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-service minded individual to join the growing Service Department as a Business Development Centre (BDC) Representative/ Service Appointment Coordinator.
In this role, the BDC representative is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for incoming service-related messages and phone calls, booking customer appointments, overseeing tire storage operations, assisting the service department in reviewing and finalizing customer work orders and transactions, and assist in other general duties as required.
The successful candidate should be a team player, capable of multi-tasking, organized, efficient, and able to communicate effectively with both staff and customers alike. If you are the BEST candidate to join the BEST team in the city this opportunity is for you!
Other qualifications include:
- Exceptional customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Experience with software systems including Microsoft office and email systems
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and services is needed in order to recommend and review work orders with customers
- A valid drivers license
- High school diploma
