Position entails pizza making, food preparation, taking orders (in person and over the phone), customer service, cash register work and cleaning as required.
This is a real kitchen with high standards, we make everything ourselves, nothing comes out of a bag. We prepare dough, sauce, cheese, and vegetables daily to ensure the highest QUALITY.
This kitchen is a very fast-paced, busy environment where staying calm under pressure is a must. Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but not necessary for the right, hard-working person.
We're looking for individuals who can bring a sense of urgency to their work, who are fast learners, perform well under pressure and understand the importance of portion control and quality control. Our kitchen is a team, we all work towards the same goal, we all share the work, and share all the tips.
Customer Service is a must, all employees will be dealing with the public daily. The Nelson community not only expects great pizza but great service when entering Thor's pizza.
TIPS are paid out daily and average between $5 - $12 / hr.
While working employees eat all the PIZZA (and salad) they want for FREE!
