Temporary Site Representative (Independent Contractor) – Esquimalt, BC

Overview
AMDF Cleaning Services is seeking a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Temporary Site Representative (Independent Contractor) to attend a scheduled commercial site meeting on our behalf in Esquimalt, BC.
This is a one-time paid contract with the potential for future project-based opportunities. The successful candidate will represent our company professionally, gather important site information, communicate with our management team during the visit if required, and provide a detailed summary following the meeting.
Duties
- Attend a scheduled commercial site meeting as the representative of AMDF Cleaning Services.
- Conduct yourself professionally when interacting with clients, consultants, and other attendees.
- Observe and document site conditions, layouts, access points, and operational requirements.
- Take clear photographs and videos where permitted.
- Record measurements and other relevant site information as requested.
- Ask prepared questions and document responses accurately.
- Participate in a phone or Microsoft Teams call with our management team during the meeting, if required.
- Prepare and submit a detailed written report immediately following the site visit.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all information obtained during the assignment.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to applicants with experience in one or more of the following:
- Commercial cleaning or janitorial services
- Facilities or property management
- Construction or renovation projects
- Building maintenance or operations
- Project coordination
- Commercial estimating or site inspections
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Comfortable taking notes, photographs, and measurements.
- Proficient with smartphones, Microsoft Teams, and email.
- Reliable transportation to and from the site.
- Must be located in or near Esquimalt or the Greater Victoria area.
Compensation
- Flat rate of $150–$250, based on experience and qualifications.
- Approved parking and travel expenses reimbursed where applicable.
