Exquisite Cabinetry is a custom cabinetry and millwork shop building high-end kitchens and casework entirely in-house. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on CNC operator who can run our machine cleanly and pitch in across the shop.
This is an operating role — not programming. Our programs come ready to run. Your job is to turn them into accurate, clean parts and keep the floor moving.
What you’ll do:
- Run nested CNC programs — load, cut, offload, and label parts by job
- Verify parts against the cut list before they leave the machine
- Tool changes, basic setup, and daily machine upkeep
- Edgebanding, drilling, assembly, and finishing support
- Material handling and keeping the shop clean and organized
What we’re looking for:
- CNC router experience (panel/nested processing ideal)
- Reliable, careful, and detail-focused — accuracy over speed
- Mechanically capable and comfortable with basic maintenance
- Versatile and happy to jump in wherever the shop needs you
- Custom cabinetry, millwork, or finishing experience is a strong plus
