Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Shift Welder for Aluminum. This role involves performing various welding tasks primarily on weekends, supporting our production processes in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, familiarity with welding techniques, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. Responsibilities
- Perform Aluminum MIG on Aluminum components according to detailed blueprints and schematics
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for assembly and fabrication tasks
- Measure components accurately with calipers and other precision tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- Support the setup and operation of machinery related to manufacturing processes
Skills
- Proficiency in MIG welding techniques with demonstrated experience in welding applications
- Mechanical knowledge of machinery, tools, and fabrication processes
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Competence in using calipers, hand tools, power tools, and other measuring instruments
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks
- Knowledge of manufacturing standards related to ductwork, construction, or industrial fabrication
- Strong understanding of safety practices within a manufacturing or construction environment

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
