Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within grocery stores. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling various cleaning tasks using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. Prior experience in construction or restoration is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of industrial facilities, including machinery, work areas, and equipment
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Assist with construction or restoration projects by preparing sites and cleaning up debris
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently to ensure optimal results
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain organized work areas and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored
- Support team members with additional tasks related to site cleanup and preparation as needed
Experience
- Experience using auto scrubbers, burnishers, floor polishers, and carpet extractors.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Evening or overnight shifts.
- Commercial cleaning experience required.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards is essential
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
