Typical Day
- You'll assess, build and repair bikes of all kinds including new bikes and customers' well loved bikes.
- You’ll learn about the latest technologies in the bike, ski and snowboard industry so that you can assess the needs of customers’ equipment and recommend the best service packages for them.
- You’ll use our Montana tuning robot to tune a variety of different skis and snowboards. You’ll also learn to repair, wax and maintain skis and snowboards by hand, and install bindings.
- You’ll contribute to the overall presentation of the Service Department and the store with projects like merchandising, restocking, and cleaning.
Ideal Candidate
- In an ideal world, you're a bike geek! We would love to hire someone who loves the sport and has a passion for working in this industry.
- You’re keen to learn about new technologies and the latest trends in biking, skiing and snowboarding.
- You’re confident speaking to a variety of different people, both over the phone and in-store. We can teach you what to say, but you have to be comfortable chatting with strangers.
- You care about your teammates and your customers. You’re always looking to listen and contribute, even when the task isn’t easy or doesn’t come naturally to you.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
