Our client, a leading professional services organization in the legal sector, is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the Corporate Services and Business Law team supporting complex corporate transactions and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Corporate Paralegal
Location: Vancouver, BC (hybrid work environment)
Pay Range: $101,600 – $124,600 annually + benefits
What’s the Job?
- Support complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and due diligence activities.
- Prepare and manage corporate documentation such as incorporations, amalgamations, dissolutions, and share transactions.
- Conduct detailed reviews of corporate minute books and records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate and complete filings, including extra-provincial registrations and transparency registers.
- Collaborate with lawyers, clients, and regulatory bodies to manage inquiries and support file progression.
What’s Needed?
- 10+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal, preferably within a law firm environment.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience supporting complex corporate transactions and legal processes.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
