What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and guide them through Toyota vehicle features and technology
- Demonstrate infotainment systems, hybrid technology, safety features, and connectivity tools
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and delivery presentations
- Help customers pair phones, set up apps, and understand vehicle settings
- Support the sales team with product knowledge and customer education
- Stay current on Toyota products, trims, EV/hybrid advancements, and competitor offerings
- Create engaging showroom and online content when needed
- Deliver an outstanding ownership experience from first visit to final delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Passion for automotive technology and customer service
- Comfortable learning and explaining new technology
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Professional appearance and strong organizational skills
- Valid BC driver’s license
- Automotive or sales experience is an asset, but not required
