Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook menu items accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure hygiene and safety
- Assist with food plating, garnishing, and presentation for service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils throughout shifts
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by assisting with various tasks as needed
- Ensure all food is stored correctly and inventory levels are managed appropriately
- Adhere to restaurant policies regarding serving, food handling, and safety protocols
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment are a plus

Pay: $21.00 per hour
