Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Condominium Administrator to join our property management team. The Condominium Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining positive resident relationships and ensuring the efficient operation of the community.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of condominium communities, ensuring smooth communication between residents, vendors, and management. The position also entails frequently acting as a liaison between contractors and unit occupants and/or the Property Manager. The position also requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in property management software such as Yardi.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record keeping using property management systems like Yardi Breeze.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, vendors, and contractors via phone and email, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and customer service.
- Providing direct support to management and filling in where needed; Acting as the primary backup to the Property Manager(s) when required
- Coordinate maintenance requests, track work orders, and ensure timely resolution of issues using property management software.
- Responding to Residents and Accounting staff regarding accounts receivables
- Facilitate communication within the community by preparing newsletters, notices, and updates for residents.
- Maintain accurate records related to property operations, financial transactions, and resident interactions.
- Responding to Residents and Accounting staff regarding accounts receivables;
- Collaborate with property management teams to develop strategies for improving community services and resident engagement.
- Miscellaneous administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the property management field; experience with Yardi is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Superior customer service skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of property management practices including vendor coordination.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and residents to resolve issues amicably.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (MS Word and Excel)
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
