Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and injury rehabilitation techniques
- Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress accurately
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate wellness practices
- Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and industry best practices through ongoing professional development
Skills
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client concerns
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in promoting clients’ overall health and wellness
- Certification as a Licensed Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $65.00-$75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
