Duties
● Prepare, produce, and store food items
● Assist in preparing food items such as meat, marinades, salsa and veggies.
● Ensure recipes are being followed and items are being prepared according to our standards.
● Check food temperatures, as well as fridge and freezer temperatures.
● Report any production issues or waste to the Production Execution Lead for resolution.
● Work collaboratively with the Production Execution Lead to ensure the production floor is adequately stocked and operating smoothly.
● Track and rotate inventory
● Package and label food and product items
● Monitor equipment maintenance schedule
● Train and motivate production staff
● Open and/or close the production warehouse
● Follow and adhere to our production procedures, checklists and protocols.
● Participate in health inspections
● Input inventory using Marketman
Requirements
● Minimum 1 year of experience in a food production role.
● Knowledge of food safety regulations, requirements and best practices. ● Valid Food Safety Certificate Physical Job Requirements
● Can lift and carry up to 50 pounds
● Capable of standing for long periods of time.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
