Service Manager – Grimsby Ford
Grimsby Ford is growing and expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Service Manager to lead our service department and take it to the next level.
This role is ideal for a strong leader who can deliver exceptional customer service, motivate a team, and drive revenue through performance and process.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily service operations and drive team performance
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Manage workflow, scheduling, and parts coordination
- Grow revenue through effective upselling
- Track KPIs and continuously improve results
What You Bring
- Service management or strong automotive leadership experience
- Solid mechanical knowledge
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with CDK and Xtime is an asset
Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
