Beachcomber Hot Tubs is looking for a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team in our Collingwood store. We are a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the community for over 20 years. We take pride in our stores commitment to family-oriented values and our commitment to have great customer service.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships with customers and help them make purchases. The right candidate will be able to provide great customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers in a courteous & friendly manner
- Answering phones & responding to emails
- Performing water tests (will train)
- Engage in a positive, customer-focused manner while at the sales counter.
- Processing sales transactions through Shopify.
- Keep the store clean and present a professional appearance at all times.
- Stocking shelves
- Assisting customers with apparel/swimwear
- Help other team members in the store when necessary.
- If you're interested in selling hot tubs, we also pay commission.
- Maintain a professional and personable manner while handling customer concerns and inquiries
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.
- Schedule will vary throughout the week & Saturday’s
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer skills are required, including word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
