In the role of Lead Business Consultant , your participation will be instrumental in the expansion of our market unit and in advancing the outcomes of our clients' projects. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of business consulting se rvices, ensuring that client objectives are met through tailored solutions and strategic recommendations. The Lead Business Consultant will work clo se ly with se nior stakeholders, managing project teams, and ensuring high-quality se rvice delivery while fostering strong client relationships.
What you will be responsible for
Lead business consulting projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring that se rvices are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
Monitor project progress, identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring deliverables are met while maintaining high client satisfaction
Develop and deliver pre se ntations, reports, and proposals for clients, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations

For Toronto only: The salary range for this position is $ 115,040 - $165,040 CAD. Base pay may vary ba se d on factors such as years of experience, skills and qualifications. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits including health and dental care, time off and Group RRSP/TFSA.
