Job Description
Three Seasons Landscaping is seeking an experienced Gardener / Horticulture Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong plant identification skills, knowledge of Alberta noxious and invasive weeds, and experience maintaining high-quality landscape beds and gardens.
This position is best suited for someone who enjoys working outdoors, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Garden and landscape bed maintenance
- Weed identification and control
- Pruning, edging, mulching, and planting
- Plant, shrub, and tree identification
- Monitoring plant health and appearance
- Working independently and with a team
Qualifications
- Previous gardening or horticulture experience required
- Strong knowledge of plant identification
- Knowledge of Alberta noxious and invasive weeds
- Physically capable of outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Valid driver’s license is required
