This is a full-time, in-office role for a RIBO licensed insurance professional who values strong client relationships, thoughtful service, and long-term career stability. Salary range is dependent on relevant experience and insurance education.
The Role
As a Licensed Account Manager, you will provide advised-based insurance solutions to clients, helping them protect what matters most. This is a service-driven role with opportunities to grow through cross-selling and relationship development within an existing book of business.
You will work directly with clients to review coverage, process policy changes, support renewals, and provide guidance throughout the claims process. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys balancing client service with sales conversations and who takes pride in delivering accurate, timely, and professional advice.
This position is based in our Picton office and is in person.
What You Will Be Doing
- Service personal lines and commercial accounts, including renewals and policy changes
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person to understand their needs
- Explain coverage options and provide recommendations tailored to each client
- Support clients through claims-related inquiries and act as a liaison with insurers
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing client relationships
- Maintain accurate documentation within broker management systems and insurer portals
You Are a Great Fit If You
- Hold a valid RIBO license in good standing
- Have experience servicing personal lines and/or commercial insurance accounts
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, confidential brokerage environment
- Are motivated by long-term career growth and stability
CIP or CAIB designation, completed or in progress, is considered an asset.
