Robertson & Company is seeking a Contractor Lifecycle Management Coordinator to play a critical role in delivering a best-in-class contractor experience while driving retention, extensions, and redeployment outcomes. This position sits at the center of our delivery model — acting as the operational backbone of contractor success and a key driver of revenue continuity through proactive lifecycle management. The Opportunity:
Own the Contractor Experience
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, including contractor documentation, compliance, and first-day readiness
- Ensure a seamless and professional onboarding experience for all new assignments
- Conduct structured check-ins at Day 5, Day 30, and Day 90 to ensure engagement and performance alignment
Drive Lifecycle Management & Retention
- Proactively track assignment timelines and key milestones across all active contractors
- Initiate extension conversations 60 days prior to assignment end dates
- Partner with clients, MSP/VMS stakeholders, and internal teams to secure contract extensions
- Coordinate and manage all extension-related documentation and approvals
Own Offboarding & Redeployment
- Lead structured end-of-assignment processes, including: o Exit coordination
- Hiring manager references
- Resume updates
- Proactively market active and exiting contractors to internal opportunities
- Partner with recruiters to drive redeployment outcomes and minimize contractor downtime
Operate as a Central Hub
- Act as the primary point of coordination across
- Contractors
- Recruiters
- Account Managers
- Payroll & Compliance teams
- Client hiring managers
- MSP/VMS partners
- Ensure all lifecycle activities are accurately tracked and documented within systems
Performance & Success Metrics
You will be measured on a combination of operational excellence and outcome-driven performance, including:
- Onboarding accuracy and compliance
- Completion and documentation of contractor check-ins (5/30/90)
- Timely execution of extension and offboarding processes (within 60 days of end date)
- Contractor extension rates
- Contractor redeployment outcomes
This role includes variable compensation tied directly to extension and redeployment performance.
