Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server/Busser to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is essential in providing exceptional dining experiences by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall flow of service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a positive attitude, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well-cared-for throughout their visit.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining presentation standards
- Clear tables promptly and reset for new guests to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining stations before and after shifts
- Support kitchen staff with food handling as needed, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service activities
- Uphold all health and safety regulations, including proper cleaning procedures and food handling protocols
Skills
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures relevant to dining areas and service stations
- Ability to handle food safely and understand basic food handling practices
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Kitchen or hotel experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented mindset, and adaptability to changing priorities
Pay: $17.20-$25.40 per hour
