Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled sign Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills. The installer will be responsible for the installation of various types of exterior signs, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety. BC Crane B ticket or FSR Electrical ticket would be rewardable assets.
Responsibilities
- Perform installations of all types of signs according to specifications and guidelines.
- Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and potential challenges.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues that may arise during the process.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally.
- Document installation processes and report on project progress as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sign installation work or a related field is required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines during installations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
