Summary
'Chula is seeking an experienced Front of the House Manager to lead our restaurant team in delivering outstanding customer service and operational excellence. Located in Toronto, this role is vital in ensuring our guests enjoy memorable dining experiences that reflect our commitment to quality and hospitality.'
Responsibilities
' Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to achieve high standards of customer service.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, party reservations and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure seamless coordination.
- Promote a positive work environment aligned with company values.'
- Qualifications
' Proven supervisory or managerial experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE FOR ATLEAST 5 YEARS
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Experience with restaurant management software is a plus.
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.'
