Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in manufacturing facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Shifts: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 3 pm - 11.30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, cafeteria, hallways, and common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and stored safely.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining facilities to meet health and safety standards.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure overall upkeep of the premises.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for all staff and visitors.
- Criminal record check is a must.
