Duties

- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community members
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Coordinate teaching initiatives or training programs aimed at staff development and organizational growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role with demonstrated success in managing teams and projects
- Strong background in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation
- Excellent teaching or mentoring skills with the ability to inspire others
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on innovation and continuous learning
