- Scalable Earning Model: Our compensation model rewards both your expertise and the sustainability of your practice. Your compensation is not static and will grow alongside your practice. Practitioners who demonstrate an established caseload upon joining or, the ability to build and maintain ~80% of their availability over a sustained period are eligble for increased compensation tiers.
- Full Administrative Support: Let’s face it. You pursued registration to become a therapist and help people, not to get tangled in knots over administrative functions and juggling the demands of running a business. We handle client scheduling, billing, marketing, and all administrative functions (except your charting...) so you can focus on what truly matters: caring for your clients.
What We’re Looking For:
At this time, we're welcoming practitioners fully registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) who will deliver in-person sessions.
Our practice is a great fit for practitioners who want clinical autonomy without the full weight of running a business or solo practice on their own. We're looking for motivated practitioners who want to build something with us. We will provide the foundation, structure, administrative support and visibility, and you bring the drive to grow and nurture your practice.
A Few Extras
- This is a contract position.
- Minimal administrative meetings – we believe in giving you time back.
- We're specifically seeking providers who offer specialized training, certifications or niche areas of practice that differ from our existing team.
- We're also looking to expand capacity in areas such as substance use and addictions, OCD, personality disorders and providers registered with Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB)
